The University of Manitoba Administration Building is a project which required refurbishment of the exterior building envelope. More specifically, the project scope involved repointing of mortar joints in the existing brick and stone masonry; rebuilding, replacement, and stabilization of brick and stone masonry; and stone repair and patching. Many different repair and techniques were used throughout the façade such as Dutchman repairs, stone carving, and a nebulize washing system.
