The Winnipeg Land Titles Building located at 433 Broadway Ave.was constructed between 1903 and 1904. This project – done for Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation (M.I.T.) with consultant Crosier Kilgour – involved restoration of three elevations with a Tyndall stone façade, and one with an exposed brick façade. Specific repair methods were employed including Dutchmen stone repairs, rebuilding and stabilizing archies, a full repoint, and Jahn mortar patching. Also, a full wash was employed to remove environmental staining with water infiltration method.
