When Université de Saint-Boniface needed a new stand-alone day care to accommodate 64 preschool and 16 infant spaces at 205 Despins St., Winnipeg, they turned to M Builds and B&F Masonry. For our part, the final build consists of standard concrete block elevator shaft, while the veneer uses a mixture of 60% buff and 40% grey coloured Tyndall stone with a sawn face finish and laid in straight courses.
