Dexter House is a 13-suite luxury apartment block in the midst of Winnipeg’s thriving Osbourne Village. Meant to be a signature address in the area, the exterior uses a combination of coarse-texture Tyndall stone bands between sections of smooth face Tyndall stone in the colour buff, and a decorative Tyndall stone sill at window openings.
Working with Neil Cooper Architects, the work also included parkade load-bearing concrete masonry unit walls and an elevator with decorative burnished units.
