This LEED certified outlet mall located at 555 Sterling Lyon Parkway in Winnipeg, Manitoba was completed for Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. in conjunction with Stantec. The project, which houses fashion, dining and entertainment venues, called for CMU retaining walls and a block veneer with a custom order concrete sill. The modular blocks with a burnished finish were locally supplied by Expocrete.
