École Regent Park School has undergone many transformations since the doors on the original building first opened in the February of 1960. This particular addition and renovation for River East Transcona School Division – which included both commercial veneer and structural block scopes – was done with MCM Architects.
The project required use of concrete blocks, burned clay grey blend face brick, and stone facing units of Tyndall stone in the colour buff with a combination of split face and sawn face. This provided a flawless connection between the new space and the existing one.
