This residential project at 20 Morrow Avenue required that the existing Tyndall stone be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. The envelope upgrade also consisted of VP 60 membrane installation, cleaning and re-galvanizing existing angles, and repair to the existing masonry to remain.
