141 Bannatyne Avenue is a brick and Tyndall stone office building in the heart of Winnipeg. Adding to the challenges of restoration was the fact the building remained occupied during the work. Repairs included rebuilding brick window arches, repointing brick and Tyndall, rebuilding and stabilizing cracks in the façade, and cleaning and reinstalling the existing stone with a water infiltration method.
This project received the 2019 Heritage Winnipeg Preservation Award for Excellence.
